The Winter School Middle East (WSME) has announced it is to take place in Kuwait in 2011 and for the next three years. The program was previously hosted in Dubai where numerous Bidoun contributors (Antonia Carver, Sunny Rabhar, November Paynter, George Katodrytis) acted as faculty.
